FAQ: Why are credentials fields locked?

There is a mandate that for all future licenses and ordinations, they must go through the Leadership Focus program. In order to support that mandate, created logic in the system that locks/unlocks fields.

Licensing

• In order to be licensed, the individual must be in the process of completing the Leadership Focus program
• If the field is locked, they are not marked as an LF candidate on the 'Education and Training' tab

Ordination

• In order to be ordained, the individual must have completed the Leadership Focus program
• If the ordination field is locked, they are not marked as an LF graduate on the 'Education and Training' tab
