  1. Ordained
    • Change [Ordained] to 'No'
    • Do not modify [Ordained On] or [Ordained By] - these are retained for historical accuracy
  2. Licensed
    • Change [Licensed] to 'No'
    • Do not modify [Licensed On] or [Licensed By] - these are retained for historical accuracy
  3. Approval Status
    • Set [Approval Status] to blank by selecting '--Select--'
    • Update [Updated On] to the revocation date
    • Ensure [Updated By] is the assembly that issued the revocation

IMPORTANT: Do not deactivate the record. This database serves multiple purposes beyond credential tracking. Even if credentials are revoked, individuals may still engage with the movement in other capacities.
